Before becoming a foster parent, we ask potential families to provide us with some key information to ensure the best match between pets and foster homes. The application form includes questions about personal details, home environment, experience with pets, and reasons for fostering.*Please note- all applicants must be at least 18 years of age*
Application Requirements
To be eligible to foster, Pawsitive Impact requires the primary applicant to be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID. No person living in the home has ever been charged or convicted of animal cruelty or neglect. Foster's must be able and willing to get pets to veterinary appointments, transport drop offs, and adoption/fundraiser events as necessary & must sign our foster agreement.
